HAPPY HOMEMAKER & MENU PLAN MONDAY

Seems like summer is passing by pretty quickly.  We've been really busy with multiple projects and now we're finishing up some medical appointments and packing before our move.

Be sure to link up with Sandra at Diary of a Stay at Home Mom for Happy homemaker Monday and with Laura at I'm an Organizing Junkie for Menu Plan Monday.
WEATHER OUTSIDE
It was supposed to be several degrees cooler today, the day I have to work in the steamy hot storage area, but evidently that weather pattern has stalled until later in the week, but I need to get this done now in preparation for the BIG move.

TO DO FOR THE WEEK
Monday - STORAGE! Prep and organize for the BIG move
Tuesday - not sure yet - it is so rare to get a free day :D
Wednesday - Hubby Physical Therapy & grocery shopping
Thursday - Hubby Eye surgery
Friday - Post Op appt.
Saturday - Blackberry Festival (if hubby is up to it)

  4. Oh I just feel for you with such busy days ahead! I hope the weather cooperates for you and prayers that everything goes smoothly with all your appointments, prep, and move in the days ahead.
Sorry I'm still playing catch up - but I love our Mondays and saying hello. I'm starting to get on board with the idea of Fall too. It's just the best season by far in my humble opinion! ;)
We've already had a few branches with leaves changing color here up north. And the geese have been getting more active and flying over my house already. They do it all Fall...doing their practice runs to get ready for the big trip by late Fall.
Sending you those kinds of beautiful thoughts. Oh and if you do make something called "salted caramel pie" I may have to hate you for all the inches you'll add to my waistline! Lol
Have a great rest of the week Hon. xo

    1. LOL I remember our time in the upper peninsula and preparing for winter by the end of August or so as we usually had snow by October. Just love when the trees start turning and dang if those geese don't have a schedule to keep! We've seen a few here in the pacific northwest despite still being so warm. At least with moving south we'll be there before fall sets in and I can enjoy the entire season. LOL maybe we can find a low calorie version of he salted caramel pie?

    2. Yes - that will be so nice. Get there in time to enjoy the whole Fall season! I think if you could find a really good low cal salted caramel you'd be a millionaire! Lol xo

    3. OMGosh a low cal salted caramel would be worth a fortune, but would it be worth the trouble LOL :D

    4. Probably not as it would need to be REALLY good! Lol Probably best to "go big or go home" and just enjoy it as it's meant to be - decadent and full of calories! ;)
