BACON CHEESEBURGER MEATBALLS

BACON CHEESEBURGER MEATBALLS serves 4

1 pound QUALITY Ground Beef
9 ounces QUALITY bacon extra crispy, rough chopped
1½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
⅓ cup QUALITY ketchup
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 LARGE egg
FRESH ground sea salt and black pepper

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
• Form into tablespoon size balls and place an inch apart on parchment lined baking sheet.
• Bake for 15-20 minutes.
• Serve with Special Sauce or your favorite burger condiment.

SPECIAL SAUCE
1 cup Dukes mayonnaise
⅓ cup QUALITY ketchup
¼ cup dill pickles, minced

• Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
• Transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate until ready to use.
