BACON CHEESEBURGER MEATBALLS serves 4
1 pound QUALITY Ground Beef
9 ounces QUALITY bacon extra crispy, rough chopped
1½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
⅓ cup QUALITY ketchup
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 LARGE egg
FRESH ground sea salt and black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Form into tablespoon size balls and place an inch apart on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with Special Sauce or your favorite burger condiment.
SPECIAL SAUCE
1 cup Dukes mayonnaise
⅓ cup QUALITY ketchup
¼ cup dill pickles, minced
- Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
- Transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate until ready to use.
