2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large green onion, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
3/4 cup olive or peanut oil
  • In a dressing bottle combine the garlic and onion. sugars, salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, oil, sugars, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the garlic and onion.
  • Shake well to combine until well blended.


  1. Can't wait to try this! Ironically Champagne vinegar is the one type I don't have in the cupboard, but I shall remedy that.

    1. I have several different vinegars in my cupboard too, but Champagne is my new go to vinegar! I hope you enjoy it.
